Jan 31-On January 3 we reported the senseless murder of Melvin. Now Bluefieldspulse has learned that Danny Thomas, the killer of Reynaldo Cayasso Coleman a.k.a. Melvin was released from jail on January 15, twelve days after he was arrested for the senseless murder of Mr. Cayasso. Sources said that Danny was released based on an absurd technicality. He immediately boarded a plane to Managua with the intention of going to Costa Rica. They claimed that the evidence did not arrive in time for the court hearing in Bluefields. Therefore, the judge ordered him released. What judge in their right mind would allow something like this to happened? If anything, the judge should have postponed the hearing until the evidence was present.

Sources also said that Danny paid 6,000.00 cordobas in legal fee to his attorney. Is this the cost of a person life in Bluefields? My god what have we become, what has happened to our community? These injustices has been going on far to long now. The community needs to rally together and let our local politicians know that we are tired of the way our justice system work. This letter was distributed to all the radio stations in Bluefields for the public to hear what they had to say about the failed justice system and the released of the one who murdered their family member.

queremos que hagan el fabor de dar lectura a esta carta para que el pueblo de Bluefields este conciente de la injusticia que vivimos algunos familiares de victimas que son asecinados y que los culpables queden impune de los actos que cometen,como en nuestro caso.El día primero del año coriente fue asecinado de la forma mas cruel y bochornosa el Sr. Reynaldo Cayasso Colman conocido como Melvin por el jóven Dany Thomas ,jóven de la mente monstrosa el que fue capturado el 3 de Enero, hoy hece 17 días que esta muerto Melvin,el día 15 de enero las autoridades dejaron libre a este asecino por el simple hecho de que las evidencias no llegaron atiempo de Managua al jusgado de Bluefields algo así nos dieron a entender ,el día siguiente viajo el asecino a Managua para ir rumbo a Costa Rica ,es así como las autoridades hacen justicia eso no es justicia si injusticia ¿porque salió del País ? porque sabe que el mató a Melvin ,como dice la frace el que no la debe no la teme ,pero el sabe que la debe por eso corrio ,puede seguir coriendo toda la vida pero tengo fe en Dios que un día muy pronto pagará por lo que hiso y lamentará haber existido en este mundo el y su madre, mencioné la madre porque ella es la incubridora y otros mas.Melvin no se metía con nadie era bien conocido por la mayoria de esta cuidad así que el no merecia ser asecinado por este monstruo.lo que mas nos molesto fue esa incubridora sin corazón nos dijo que MELVIN esta donde merece estar y que su hijo no quedaria en la carcel .
